Southern Precision Outdoors will be happy to replace or refund Southern Precision Outdoors products for store credit only within 30 days of purchase if the product is damaged from manufacturing defects. No misuse or abuse of items will be returned for a full refund. 

We do not accept returns for opened items or items with tags removed; these items are considered used and in some cases cannot be resold pending the manufacturer agreement or requirements. We request your understanding on this issue and pending your problem will do our best to make it right with you: we stand by the Southern in our name and believe in Southern manners and graces and care about the happiness and satisfaction of every single customer just as if we were doing business over a handshake. If we do accept a return, due to credit processing fees, shipping and shipping insurance we will charge a 15% restocking fee. This is purely to cover our costs.

We also do not cancel online orders after 24 hours.

Refunds typically post in 5-10 business days depending on your bank and method of payment.

On our end, when we press the refund button, it sends a signal to the payment processor, which then sends an automatic communication with your bank. We have no control over how long this takes.
